Vanessa Has worked with kiln formed glass since 1996.
In 2002 she formed Java Glass with local artist Jane Smith, going independent in 2004.
In 2003 she completed a large contract to supply Jaeger with glass stars for all their European stores for their Christmas window displays and in 2005 was commissioned by QVC Shopping Channel for a special dichroic jewellery range for Mothers Day, that sold out even before properly going to air.
The business has gone from strength to strength over the last year, with all the new designs proving a great success at trade fairs across the country
All pieces are designed in house, by Vanessa and created by a small team of craftspeople to ensure the highest quality control and attention to detail.
Vanessa has taught Kiln formed glass for three years and still runs private workshops.
She welcomes commissions and is happy to discuss any aspect of Kiln forming Glass.
